We have resolved the server issues. Unfortunately, it has required us to ‘roll back’ the game from when the server issues began which was the 26th of February. Unfortunately, any items that were lost due to the rollback cannot be restored. Any tickets regarding lost items during the roll back cannot be supported.
Compensations:
1. To make up for the lost time and the ruined XP event that we started two weeks ago we turned on the 5XP week today. We will continue this 5XP week indefinitely until further notice.
2. For players who lost premium time during the server issues, we will inject the number of days that you have lost since the 26th directly to your account within the next few days. Please refrain from submitting additional support tickets regarding this as this will delay support for all players.
3. For players who lost time on their seals from February 26th to March 1st. You may submit a CS ticket regarding your seal. Please allow a few days for us to investigate your seal purchase. If upon investigation we find your legitimate seal purchase and that it was rendered unused because of the server issues then we will be more than happy to refund your G1 Credits for that seal.
